“I am humbled and honored to be selected as an Endeavor Global Entrepreneur. I couldn’t be more proud of what our DeliverLean team has accomplished over the last few years,” said DeliverLean Founder and CEO Scott Harris. “We are excited for this incredible opportunity that will give us access to some of the most brilliant global business minds and strategic thinkers. With the support and expertise of this talented group, DeliverLean looks to become a global leader in the health and wellness space.”

Founded in 2010 by Ginny Simon, ginnybakes is the realization of a dream: combining Ginny’s passion for nutrition, active living and baking, its products are a natural expression of her dedication to leading healthy, balanced lives. Their mission is to create outrageously delicious and nutritious organic, gluten-free, non-gmo treats the whole family can enjoy. ginnybakes ingredients are sourced with the utmost care and concern for what goes in to our bodies.

On this occasion, Endeavor Miami board members, Matt Haggman and Alberto Chang Rajii participated as panelists interviewing entrepreneurs from 18 countries in this ISP. “Participating on the selection panel has made clear the power of having world class Endeavor mentors available to help early-stage entrepreneurs scale, and contribute to the success of their cities,” said Haggman. “The chosen Miami entrepreneurs have already revealed their potential for growth—with Endeavor’s help they will work to add to our city’s expanding innovation ecosystem.”

Endeavor’s International Selection Panel is the culmination of a rigorous selection process, where panels composed of top business leaders interview candidates about their businesses, high-impact leadership potential, and timing. In order for an entrepreneur to be selected, they must receive unanimous vote from all 6 panelists.

“We are excited to add these four high-impact entrepreneurs to our network”, said Laura Maydón, Managing Director for Endeavor Miami. “We feel very proud that after only a year of Endeavor Miami’s launch, we are mentoring six companies to accelerate their growth and multiply the entrepreneurial ecosystem of our city.” DeliverLean and ginnybakes join My Ceviche, KidoZen, LeapFactor and LearnerNation as Endeavor Miami companies.
